Businesses Getting Creative Amid Inflation Woes

Experts seem to agree that while the U.S. economy may be on its way to dodging a recession, but everyday consumers are still feeling the effects of inflation. Many people are reassessing their budgets and how they spend their disposable income. That, the Wall Street Journal recently reported, is hitting businesses where people used to be spending their nights out, and forcing them to get creative to win back customers. Justine Rapp Farrell is the chair of USD's marketing department. She can talk about the effect inflation is having on businesses, how it may be forcing them to change their strategy, and how that could sweeten the deal for customers.
